Insurance
Dr. Fraidin is not a contracted provider with any insurance panels.
Payment is collected from the client directly at the time of service. Treatment is usually covered, in part, through clients' out-of-network benefits. The necessary documentation will be provided to help clients receive the maximum allowable reimbursement for their treatment.
Dr. Fraidin will work with clients who have financial concerns to set a mutually acceptable fee.
You can check your mental health coverage by calling your insurance company with the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Is there a deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover per therapy session?
Payment
Cash and check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly give 24-hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in charges for the the full cost of treatment as booked.
